We request only the information needed for a feature. Contact email is optional, and public health tools should not require identifying medical records.

Error reports and contact requests are private, rate-limited, and restricted to authorized administrators. Public visitors cannot read these submissions.

Foot Health Assistant photos remain on the user’s device in the current implementation. They are not sent to Podiatrify, linked to an account, or stored in a patient record.

Podiatrify is an educational platform, not a healthcare provider, electronic health record, emergency service, or secure patient portal. We do not claim HIPAA compliance or security certification.
