Contact requests may include your name, optional email, inquiry category, and message. Error reports may include an optional email. Do not submit medical records or sensitive health information through these forms.

Optional photos remain in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by Podiatrify. Symptom selections are used in the current browser session to produce educational risk guidance.

Private submissions are stored with restricted administrative access and are retained only as needed to respond, audit corrections, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Use the secure contact form and choose “Privacy request” to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Podiatrify does not claim HIPAA compliance and should not be used to transmit protected health information or communicate with a treating clinician.
